Why I built this

I spent years watching capable, established local businesses lose ground to competitors who did worse work but were simply easier to reach. The phone would ring, nobody could grab it, and the job went to whoever picked up first. It was never about quality — it was about who answered.

AI finally made that fixable. So I built Pocket Funnel to be the front office a busy owner can't staff: it answers every call around the clock, texts back the ones that slip through, qualifies the customer, and books the job into the software you already run.
